If your wedding is under Under 2 hours from Jane Lew, WV: $1.30 per mile after the included 25 miles; Over 2 hours : $100 for a hotel plus $1.30 per mile after the included mileage. The couple must pay all parking and tolls to get to your ceremony location.
I am based in Jane Lew, WV (26378). I travel across West Virginia to perform wedding ceremonies. Travel within 2 hours (areas below) do not carry a hotel charge, but do require mileage (See the “What are your travel fees?” section for more information).
Some locations include: Clarksburg, WV (26301), Bridgeport, WV (26330), Fairmont, WV (26554), Morgantown, WV (26501), and Charleston, WV (25301).
If your package includes unlimited contact you will receive unlimited texts, emails, and phone or video calls by appointment.
If your package includes keepsakes you will receive a Keepsake Marriage Certificate and a copy of the script I used during your ceremony.
Add-ons include things like candle lightings, sand ceremonies, reading, and much more. I have a page devoted to just this, check it out and see what interests you.
Simply contact me to check our availability for your date. If available we will schedule a phone to gather some information and send you a digital contract. I hold your wedding date for 5 days while you finish your contract and make a 50% deposit. Then you’re all set!
If you are interested in an elopement instead of a full wedding ceremony the process is slightly different. Since Elopements are a more simplified version of a traditional wedding ceremony and are typically booked on a shorter term, payment is due in full at the time of booking. For Elopements dates are held for 48 hours.
These Holidays are an extra $50: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
No, its an extra $75. If you are using a professional wedding director/coordinator it typically is not necessary for me to attend the rehearsal, but I will be happy to attend if you and your director/coordinator would like me to. I will be happy to discuss your situation with you before you decide whether or not you will need me to attend the rehearsal. An additional night of lodging is needed if the location is more than 1 hour from Jane Lew, WV
The 50% balance payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date. However, when booking less than 30 days before your wedding, or when booking an elopement, payment is due in full at the time of booking.
I am happy to offer a 10% discount to anyone that is active or retired from the United States Armed Forces, law enforcement, fire department, nurses, pharmacy technicians & pharmacists. Others may be available by request. Contact me for more details.
